Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, ingredient lists, imagery, and pricing are accurate and up to date. Minor variations in packaging or product appearance may occur due to manufacturer updates or display differences. Mi Glow reserves the right to discontinue, limit, or modify any product without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided — including your name, address, and contact number — is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate addresses, or stock unavailability. COD orders require phone or WhatsApp confirmation; unconfirmed orders may be cancelled automatically. We accept Cash on Delivery, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer. All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Delivery & Risk

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery. If an order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours with supporting evidence and we will investigate with our courier partner and resolve the matter promptly.

All content on this website — including the Mi Glow brand name, logo, product descriptions, photographs, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Mi Glow and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Mi Glow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product. Always review the full ingredient list, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
