Mi Glow delivers to every city, town, and district in Pakistan. We partner with Leopards Courier and TCS to ensure your order arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days following order confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp or SMS notification with your tracking number once your parcel is handed to our courier partner. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs 2,000 — our way of saying thank you to our loyal customers.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery across all of Pakistan. You pay only when your order physically arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the parcel. Repeated unclaimed COD orders may affect future COD eligibility.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. Use this to track your parcel directly on the Leopards Courier or TCS website. For any tracking assistance, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.
