At Mi Glow, we believe in complete transparency and fairness. Our return policy has been designed to protect you while ensuring that our standards remain high for every customer.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original sealed condition, and returned with all original packaging intact.

Valid Reasons for Return

    You received a damaged or defective product

    You received an incorrect item — different from what you ordered

    The product arrived in unsealed, tampered, or broken packaging

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or external factors are also not eligible. Products purchased during a clearance or final sale are considered final and cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return

    Step 1 — Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order

    Step 2 — Share your order number, reason for return, and an unboxing video as proof

    Step 3 — Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with instructions

    Step 4 — Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash — whichever you prefer. For COD orders, the full product amount will be refunded to your chosen mobile wallet or bank account. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

 

Important: An unboxing video is required for all damage or incorrect item claims. We recommend recording your unboxing for every order as a precaution.
