Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across all cities and towns in Pakistan. You pay only when your order is physically delivered to your door. We also accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer for customers who prefer to pay in advance.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Major cities typically receive deliveries within 2–3 business days. Other cities and towns may take 3–5 business days, and remote areas up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused, sealed products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can track your parcel directly on the Leopards Courier or TCS website using this number. You can also contact us on WhatsApp with your order number for a real-time update.
